It is possible to upgrade all the configurable options by submitting a ticket. Each Plan has its specific upgrade specs. For more details, please check the VPS plan ordering page.
For example, a VPS Diamond can be upgraded as following:
- RAM: 16GB (Basic) ➤ 32GB ➤ 64GB
- Storage: 600GB (Basic) ➤ 800GB ➤ 1200GB
- Monthly Bandwidth: 30TB (Basic) ➤ 40TB ➤ 60TB
- Number of Backups: 0 (Basic) ➤ 1 ➤ 2
An invoice will be manually created to pay for the extra upgrade costs for the effective days till the end of the month.
For example, if the upgrade costs $30.00/mo and the request was made on the 15th, the customer will be invoiced $15.00 for the period 15th~31st of the month.
Starting from the following month, the invoice will include the Plan's basic price + the upgrade's price.
